PROJECT OVERVIEW
For this project, our team worked closely with Lenovo Smart IoT Team to identify workplace pain points and possible design solutions.
We decided to focus on E-commerce live streaming, researched the industry ecosystem, interviewed workers, analyzed their pain points, and proposed our solution with possible market opportunities.
CHALLENGE
Streamers unable to make verbal communication with their team results in misunderstandings.
No interface specifically designed for streamers
Complicated and long setup process
Too many gadgets and equipment result in a messy environment
GOAL
Create seamless workplace communication within the streamer team
Provide immersive viewing experience and increase social interaction
Reduce the input cost
Make the setup process easy and simple
